摘要: Purpose: Postoperative pain for robotic thyroid surgeries including bilateral axillo-breast approach (BABA) has not been well studied. In this study, we have developed a self-reporting application (SRA) iPad and prospectively collected scores from open thyroidectomy (OT) BABA (RT) patients. Methods: Female patients who underwent total papillary carcinoma were included. Patients recorded throat, anterior neck, posterior chest, back on postoperative days 1, 2, 3. Once discharged, day 14, survey was also conducted satisfaction of SRA cosmesis. Results: A 54 enrolled (27 RT 27 OT).
