摘要: Vitamins and minerals are necessary for many metabolic processes in the body important supporting growth development. also required numerous reactions involved with exercise physical activity, including energy, carbohydrate, fat protein metabolism, oxygen transfer delivery, tissue repair. The vitamin mineral needs of athletes have always been a topic discussion. Some researchers state that require more vitamins than their sedentary counterparts, whereas other do not report greater micronutrient requirements. intensity, duration, frequency sport/workout overall energy nutrient intakes individual all an impact on whether or micronutrients amounts. This article evaluates athletes.
