摘要: Background In New York City, the incidence of tuberculosis has more than doubled during past decade. We examined and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) rate death from all causes in a very-high-risk group — indigent subjects who abuse drugs, alcohol, or both. Methods 1984 we began to study prospectively cohort welfare applicants recipients 18 64 years age abused drugs alcohol.
