摘要: Heterotopic gastric mucosa patch (HGMP) has been reported to occur in various parts of the gastrointestinal system from mouth anus. Extra-gastrointestinal locations have also reported. Presence ectopic associated with complications such as ulceration, bleeding, perforations and malignant transformations. Most are probably related acid production. Meckel diverticulum is most commonly location. Similarly, esophageal HGMP, known cervical inlet (CIP), increasingly Nonspecific oropharyngeal symptoms common thought be due laryngopharyngeal reflux. CIP often missed its location esophagus, just distal upper sphincter, making endoscopic evaluation difficult. Hence condition likely under-reported. This article presents a series five cases discusses pathogenesis, clinical presentations management this interesting entity.
