摘要: Traditionally, arterial hypertension and subsequent end-organ damage have been attributed to hemodynamic factors, but increasing evidence indicates that inflammation also contributes the deleterious consequences of this disease. The immune system has evolved prevent invasion foreign organisms promote tissue healing after injury. However, beneficial activity comes at a cost collateral when overreacts internal injury, such as prehypertension. Renal results in injury impaired urinary sodium excretion, vascular leads endothelial dysfunction, increased resistance, remodeling stiffening. Notably, modulation response can reduce severity BP elevation hypertensive several animal models. Indeed, recent studies improved our understanding how affects pathogenesis hypertension, remarkable advances basic immunology made during last few years still await translation field hypertension. This review briefly summarizes immunity well damage.
