摘要: A novel organic light-emitting pixel structure provides improved contrast pixels suitable for use in high-contrast passive- and active-matrix displays. dark, low-reflectance film is placed on a reflective or transparent substrate, which acts to absorb and/or trap ambient light impinging the improving its between off states. Optical scattering reduced by fabricating vertical wall around each effectively blocks out emitted from adjacent pixels, prevents of pixel's own light. Light through upper electrode, allows substrate be non-transparent. An display thus built single silicon with crystalline transistors needed drive fabricated alongside their respective walls surrounding formed circuitry itself.
