摘要: Abstract A simple gradient device is described which allows convex gradients to be formed for use in zonal centrifuge rotors. The configuration chosen produces very rapid mixing of the viscous sucrose solutions. By varying total volume mixer, shape may altered within rather wide limits. With large mixers, obtained are nearly linear with radius when placed sector-shaped compartments rotor. smaller that respect position rotor generated more useful where high-capacity high-resolution separations required.
