摘要: Classes of subcellular particles separate by centrifugation procedures because significant differences in their sedimentation rates and buoyant densities. Most devised for brain make use both rate density. Preliminary enrichment is achieved differential centrifugation, usually angle rotors, followed separation density-on density gradients zonal or conventional rotors. Particles they differ size, density, shape. on (isopycnic centrifugation) prior to isopycnic banding (rate centrifugation).
