摘要: Summary Zonal centrifuge separation of homogenates normal and neoplastic brain tissues is described. A unique zone identified as myelin-rich but also containing synaptosomes. This appears both in human adult white matter tumors that are the infiltrative type absent from fetal certain noninfiltrative, encapsulated tumors. The same characteristic rat can be recovered rezoned without change its zoning position. After three successive recoveries, cholesterol-phospholipid molar ratio material this rises, for example, 1.06 to 1.33 1.55. With cesium chloride banding myelin component remains at a density 1.09, synaptosome bands higher 1.15.
