摘要: This article reviews the current literature, specifically meta-analytic research, on effectiveness of psychoeducational and counseling groups in schools. Topics for such include: eating disorders, anger management/bullying, child sexual abuse prevention, pregnancy social competency. There is support schools, some classroom interventions. also use group interventions that are both short session length overall time. Research reflects importance adjusting content to population maturity level members as well. Future research should more clearly identify type intervention goals used well reflect collaborations between researchers school counselors.
