摘要: Various organic residues occur globally in the form of straw, wood, green biomass, food waste, feces, manure etc. Other utilization strategies apart from anaerobic digestion, composting and incineration are needed to make use whole potential as sources various value added compounds. This review compares cultivation heterotrophic microalgae insects using nutrient illuminates their with regard biomass production, productivity yield, produced biomasses. Furthermore, processes well advantages disadvantages identified discussed. It was shown that both algae able reduce a sufficient amount by converting it into biomass. The composition organisms is similar which allows feed, chemicals materials productions. Even though insect more complex organism, production can be carried out simple equipment without sterilization hydrolysis residues. Contrarily, require pretreatment most cases hydrolysis. Interestingly, volumetric exceeds algal Despite legal restrictions, expected will find application alternative feed future.
