摘要: Managing geometric part deviations to control their effects on the product function and quality is an important task in design of physical artefacts. Consequently, computer-aided tolerancing tools are widely applied industrial practice evaluate assembly functional requirements. However, most established models approaches for representation deviations, tolerances, requirements such lack a realistic consideration form often not conform international standards specification verification. With aim provide further step towards theory employing variational representatives discrete geometry, generation representatives, which pre-defined tolerance specifications, presented. These ground algorithms evaluation tolerances from point clouds essential analysis based models. We highlight usefulness presented methods typical case study.
