摘要: We introduce the generalized Airy-Gauss (AiG) beams and analyze their propagation through optical systems described by ABCD matrices with complex elements in general. The transverse mathematical structure of AiG is form-invariant under paraxial transformations. conditions for square integrability are studied detail. model beam describes a more realistic way Airy wave packets because carry finite power, retain nondiffracting properties within distance, can be realized experimentally to very good approximation.
