摘要: Administration of different doses estrogen (5, 10, and 25 μg) in Anabas testudineus Calotes versicolor inhibited the activities alanine aminotransferase aspartate aminotransferase. In Calotes, higher (10 increased activity glutamate dehydrogenase it was stimulated by all three doses. The total protein RNA were also hormone Calotes. Higher DNA lowest dose (5 did not have any significant effect. Activities transaminases content decreased administration actinomycin puromycin or simultaneous synthesis inhibitors. Actinomycin alone effect on reduced level produce as well content. Simultaneous these inhibitors prevented mediated increase both © Wiley-Liss, Inc.
