摘要: This chapter discusses circuit theory of the charge pump circuit. Since it was invented in 1932, various types have been proposed. After several typical pumps are reviewed, they compared terms area and power efficiency. The type that Dickson proposed is found to be best one as an on-chip generator where parasitic capacitance 1–10% capacitor. Design equations equivalent models derived for pump. Using model, optimizations discussed minimize under conditions output current, ramp time, dissipation given theoretically.
