摘要: This study reports on a wash-free, inexpensive and sensitive approach of biomolecule imaging with magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) via custom-built scanning particle spectrometer (SMPS). Streptavidin-coated MNPs are used as biomarkers for the detection Immunoglobulin G (IgG) conjugated biotin (IgG-Biotin) while five samples different-concentration IgG-Biotin prepared experiments. The measurements ac susceptibility indicate that conjugation onto surface forms cross-linking between MNPs, thus increasing characteristic Brownian relaxation time from 0.627 to 1.448 ms. ratio 3rd 1st harmonics is measured in fields frequency ranging about 300 Hz 2 kHz. It shows measurement sensitivity concentration decreases 4.62 × 10-3 0.39 nM-1 excitation frequency. Phantom images harmonic ratio, SMPS, unbound bound can be easily distinguished. Furthermore, dependence contrast-to-noise discussed based standard deviation image intensity. demonstrates feasibility SMPS biomolecules which great interest disease diagnostics therapy.
