摘要: DNA mismatch repair (MMR) is one of the biological pathways, which plays a critical role in homeostasis, primarily by repairing base-pair mismatches and insertion/deletion loops that occur during replication. MMR also takes part other metabolic pathways regulates cell cycle arrest. Defects are associated with genomic instability, predisposition to certain types cancers resistance therapeutic drugs. Moreover, genetic epigenetic alterations system demonstrate significant relationship human fertility related treatments, helps us understand etiology susceptibility infertility. Alterations may influence health offspring conceived assisted reproductive technology humans. However, further studies needed explore specific mechanisms affect This review addresses physiological associations between potential effects on next generation.
