摘要: Spermatogenesis is the essential process to maintain and promote male fertility. It extraordinarily complex with many regulatory elements numerous steps. The involves several cell types, molecules, repair mechanisms epigenetic regulators. Evidence has shown that fertility can be negatively impacted by reduced sperm DNA integrity. Sources of damage include replication errors causes fragmentation which abortive apoptosis, defective maturation oxidative stress. This review outlines spermatogenesis, spermatogonial regulation differentiation; additionally, currently studied in spermatozoon are also covered.
