摘要: Because of globalization trends, many firms transform to multinational corporations, which often implement business strategy in the foreign subsidiaries. To successfully expend their host countries, it is essential understand local culture and management relationship with employees. This study explains influences cultural differences on quality guanxi Taiwanese as well emphasizes between expatriates employees China Netherlands. The term originated from Chinese “關係”, means social relationships personal interactions networks.
