摘要: Therapeutic contact lens become an efficiently adjuvant therapy and in many cases is the first choice of treatment corneal diseases. The use therapeutical improved pain, eye discomfort epithelium healing. are better than occlusive patch, they restore binocular vision, prevent ambliopia children alllows restoration social-professional life. aim paper to emphasize indications advantages using them compared with patch. A alternative clearly superior limits tarsorrhaphy conjunctival flap. Cuvinte cheie: afecţiune corneană, lentilă de terapeutică Rezumat: Lentilele terapeutice reprezintă o terapie adjuvantă eficientă si uneori elecţie pentru tratamentul afecţiunilor corneene primitive sau secundare. Purtarea lentilelor determină ameliorarea durerii, discomfortului ocular epitelizare corneană mai rapidă. Fiind net superioare pansamentului ocluziv, acestea redau vederea binoculară, prevenind la copii permiţând desfăsurarea activităţii socio-profesionale a pacienţiilor. Scopul lucrării este scoate evidenţă indicaţiile terapeutice, precum avantajele acestora faţă pansamentul ocular. Variantă superioară lentila restrânge blefarorafiei acoperii conjunctivale.
