摘要: Purpose To evaluate visual quality differences between intraocular lenses (IOLs) in patients with previous myopic laser ablations and assess the impact of IOL decentration tilt on quality. Setting University Valencia, Burjassot, Spain. Design Cohort study. Methods An adaptive optics simulator was used to simulate wavefront aberration pattern 1 aberration-correcting (Acrysof IQ SN60WF), aberration-free (Akreos Adapt AO), spherical (Triplato) under 5 situations: centered, 0.2 mm 0.4 decentered, 2 degrees 4 tilted eyes simulated low or high corneal ablations. Monocular distance acuity at 100%, 50%, 10% contrast were measured. Results Ten 10 evaluated. When IOLs provided best results both groups. misaligned, there a decrease all except myopia group. In misaligned situations, obtained comparable Conclusions The suggest that ablation, should be implanted. when these are decentered demonstrates importance accurate implantation IOLs.
