摘要: A one-year old castrated male cat was admitted to the hospital with vomiting and diarrhea. Laboratory examination revealed pancytopenia positive for FeLV antigen. bone marrow indicated necrosis of nucleated cells. Based on these findings, diagnosed as necrosis. Pancytopenia effectively treated corticosteroids. Re-examination confirmed a recovery normal hematopoietic cells infiltration many macrophages. It is strongly suspected that in this case could be associated suppression due infection.
