摘要: Abstract Gelcasting is a promising new technology for manufacturing of advanced ceramic components. However, up to now few articles have been published on the catalytic effect filler onto polymerization rate monomeric systems used in gelcasting. In this work stress viscosimetry was study alumina methacrylamide– N , ′-methylenebisacrylamide (MAM–MBAM) monomers as function volume fraction (0.1–0.5), temperature (20–50 °C) and initiator concentration (0.4–1.3 wt.% base). The initiation time gelcasting suspensions constant MAM–MBAM decreased with increasing initiator/accelerator concentration, solids. more visible at lower suggesting that microenvironment favorable gelling process. calculated activation energies methacrylamide premix 50 vol.% suspension were 32.5 21.7 kJ/mol, indicating filler.
