摘要: Abstract The purpose of this work was to develop a new strategy for the rapid and reliable joining zirconia metal. wetting behavior 3 mol% yttria-stabilized (3YSZ) by molten Sn3.0Ag0.5Cu (SAC) under application direct current (DC) investigated using DC-coupled sessile drop method. Joining 3YSZ with Ni SAC solder assistance DC carried out in vacuum joint strength evaluated shear test. interfacial microstructures were analyzed SEM, EDS XRD. wettability significantly improved when connected anode (represented “+”) at temperatures higher than 723 K. Noticeably, contact angle decreased from 143° 43°
