摘要: Abstract In this review, an assessment of non-separative methods based on mass spectrometry used to analyse volatile organic compounds in the field bioanalysis is performed. The use has been established as attractive option for analysing compounds. These instrumental configurations are suitable biomedical applications because their versatility, rapid output results, and wide range that can be determined. Here, techniques such headspace sampling coupled spectrometry, membrane introduction selected ion flow tube proton transfer reaction secondary electrospray ionization mobility evaluated. Samples involving non-invasive collection, urine, saliva, breath sweat, mainly considered. To best our knowledge, a comprehensive review all applied analysis gaseous samples from matrices non-invasively collected not yet carried out. these type considered key issue future clinical applications, they allow real-time sample analysis, without patient suffering. Any contribution early diagnosis disease priority scientific community. Therefore, identification determination related particular diseases become important or research.
