摘要: Abstract Objectives. To evaluate our experience in treating 155 patients with upper urinary tract calculi ureteroscopically. The treatment of has remained the most frequent application ureteroscopy. Miniaturization semirigid and flexible ureteroscopes permitted easier access to throughout tract. Methods. Ureteroscopic stone was attempted between November 1995 March 1997. Fifty-nine (38.1%) had renal calculi, 82 (52.9%) ureteral, 14 (9%) both ureteral calculi. Both were used for (rigid alone 21 [13.5%], 64 [41.3%], rigid 70 [45.2%] patients). Lithotripsy required 122 (79%) patients. holmium:yttrium-aluminum-garnet laser 113 (92.6%) these Results. All (29 proximal, 19 mid, 34 distal) successfully cleared after one endoscopic procedure except 1 patient a proximal calculus who 4-mm residual fragment kidney. Of 59 47 (79.7%) totally clear stones month treatment. remaining 12 (20.3%) evidence 3 4 mm or less diameter. In combined 11 (78.6%) rendered free. (21.4%) Overall, 95% treated an outpatient setting. Morbidity low, no stricture. Conclusions. Ureteroscopy lithotripsy experienced hands are safe reliable method even intrarenal
