摘要: Acute and rapidly progressive renal failure is caused by a number of pathogenetically distinct types glomerulonephritis, some which are associated with systemic vasculitis. In given patient, accurate diagnosis the specific type glomerulonephritis essential for optimum treatment. Making usually requires biopsy or serologic analysis. The two categories treatment (1) pathophysiologic complications such as hypertension, fluid overload, uremia, (2) inflammatory injury, employs immunosuppression steroids cytotoxic drugs.
