摘要: AbstractThere is an urgent need to develop a puissant and environmentally benign antibacterial composite that act via multiple mechanisms make response the potentially daunting complexity of microbial population antibiotic resistance. In this work, facile green approach, layer-by-layer self-assembly technology was applied assemble polycation quaternized chitosan (QAC) polyanion sodium alga acid onto magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs). Then silver (AgNPs) with stable narrow-sized distribution in range 25–35 nm were immobilized on surface MNPs L-ascorbic as reducing agent organic multilayers stabilizer. Through above modification MNPs, we expected achieve dual recyclable combined action QAC AgNPs. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, transmission electron microscopy, zeta potentials, dynamic light scatte...
