摘要: Cadmium (Cd), one of the most toxic environmental and industrial pollutants, is known to exert gonadotoxic spermiotoxic effects. In present study, we examined effect Cd on testis freshwater crab, Sinopotamon henanense. Crabs were exposed different concentrations (from 0 116.00 mg·L−1) for 7 d. Oxidative stress apoptotic changes in testes detected. The activities SOD, GPx CAT initially increased subsequently decreased with increasing concentrations, which was accompanied increase malondialdehyde (MDA) H2O2 content a concentration-dependent manner. Typical morphological characteristic physiological apoptosis observed using variety methods (HE staining, AO/EB double fluorescent Transmission Electron Microscope observation DNA fragmentation analysis), caspase-3 caspase-9 manner after exposure. These results led conclusion that could induced oxidative damage as well testis, processes may be mediated via mitochondria-dependent pathway by regulating caspase-9.
