摘要: A serological study was carried out involving 1.196 individuals residents in the urban area of Manacapuru - Amazonas, to evaluate behavior vibriocidal and agglutinating antibodies. sistematic random sampling procedure employed obtain sample. year later a 2nd sample serum obtained from 120 selected among participants survey. Vibriocidal antibodies microtitulation seroagglutination tubes were employed. The correspondence between studied determined by correlation coefficient calculated according frequency titles detected. analysis results revealed positive (r = 1.0) decrease large proportion samples one later.
