Somatic O Antigen Relationship of Brucella and Vibrio cholerae

摘要: The antigenic relationship between Brucella species and Vibrio cholerae was examined by agglutinin agglutinin-absorption tests using rabbit antisera. antisera agglutinated only the Inaba serotype of V. at low titer. Inaba-reactive antibody absorbed either heat-stable (100 C, 2 hr) Ogawa or O antigens. Cholera from rabbits immunized with HO antigens serotypes contained brucella agglutinins. This activity completely but partially antigen.
