摘要: The antigenic relationship between Brucella species and Vibrio cholerae was examined by agglutinin agglutinin-absorption tests using rabbit antisera. antisera agglutinated only the Inaba serotype of V. at low titer. Inaba-reactive antibody absorbed either heat-stable (100 C, 2 hr) Ogawa or O antigens. Cholera from rabbits immunized with HO antigens serotypes contained brucella agglutinins. This activity completely but partially antigen. These findings support claim Gallut that cross-reaction is due to rather than heat-labile flagellar as described in many text books. cross-reactive component more dominant cholerae.
