摘要: The inhibition of the rate and amplitude assembly microtubule protein at low GTP concentration is shown by measurement length distributions to be due suppression nucleation. This inhibitory effect enhanced GDP added before assembly, but can overcome a number molecules such as pyrophosphate or ADP. selective nucleation in vitro, which occurs addition elongation, could provide mechanism for control spontaneous vivo.
