摘要: The results of an experimental investigation on the effects random blade mistuning forced dynamic response bladed disks are reported. primary aim experiment is to gain understanding phenomena mode localization and amplitude magnification in disks. A stationary, nominally periodic, 12-bladed disk with simple geometry subjected a traveling-wave out-of-plane engine order excitation delivered via phase-shifted control signals sent piezoelectric actuators mounted blades. then mistuned by addition small. unequal weights tips, it again traveling wave excitation. data used verify analytical predictions about occurrence localized shapes, increases amplitude, changes resonant frequency due presence mistuning. Very good agreement between measurements finite element analysis obtained. compared contrasted previously reported in-plane behavior same test specimen. This work also represents important extension previous study investigating regime which modal density lower but disk-blade interaction significantly greater.
