摘要: Systems and methods of genomic analysis are presented that provide a framework to determine tumor's clonality, the number proportion all major clones, variants distinguish them. Contemplated systems also allow phasing mutations parental alleles so time their emergence within population tumor cells, an accurate estimate amount contaminating normal tissue was present in biopsy.
