摘要: Abstract Objective Diabetes mellitus is a major health problem in developing countries. There are various insulin therapies to manage diabetes mellitus. This systematic review evaluates for management of worldwide. also focuses on recent developments being explored better Research design and method We reviewed number published articles from 2002 2016 find out the appropriate The paramount parameters selected studies include type & its dose, diabetes, duration comparison different protocols. In addition, newly developed approaches delivery with potential output have been evaluated. Results A great variability was observed managing through therapy important controlling factors found this include; dose titration, use, used combination insulin. Conclusion range research current trends advances has summarized, which led us conclusion that multiple daily injections or continuous subcutaneous infusion (insulin pump) best future perspectives, development oral inhalant would be tremendous breakthrough Insulin therapy.
