摘要: In our previous studies, we have shown that in vitro biaxial strain (stretch) injury of neurons neuronal plus glial cultures increases intracellular free calcium ([Ca2+]i) and decreases mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψm). The goal this study was to determine whether injury, without the addition exogenous agents, causes glutamate release, NMDA receptor antagonists affect post-strain rise [Ca2+]i decrease Δψm. Δψm were measured using fluorescent indicators fura-2 AM rhodamine-1,2,3 (rh123). Strain caused an immediate 100-200 nM elevation a decline by 15 min post-injury. Pretreatment with antagonist MK-801 (10 μM) attenuated after mild, but not moderate severe injury. pretreatment reduced mild moderate, D-2-amino-5-phosphon...
