摘要: The semantic web is intended for knowledge sharing among agents as well humans [BernersLee et al., 2001]. To achieve this goal, ontologies, which express in a certain representation machine interpretable form were introduced, and have grown considerably number. sustained growth of the to better interoperability between intelligent systems applications it highly desirable very critical reuse existing ontologies. Furthermore, ontology engineering an exceedingly intricate challenging task requiring specialized design skills comprehensive domain knowledge. Reuse ontologies present on will ease burden. Users who wish these however, are often confronted with resources that cover overlapping domains interests, vary quality their content. our knowledge, currently, there no operational quantitative or qualitative methodologies assess Consequently, more than not engineers develop from scratch rather ones.
