摘要: Abstract This study employed a pretest-posttest design to evaluate the impact of an innovative fieldwork program in Israel that placed BS W students social change organizations. It examined program's upon students' willingness and sense self-competence engage action, their work organizations, perceptions regarding state responsibility for welfare, link between politics work. The sample consisted 141 first-year BSW from research comparison group. findings show intended objectives were not met. Several explanations are offered, as implications education.
