摘要: The paper presents a binary relational analysis and expert system base module for maintenance fault diagnosis of CNC wire EDM. proposes framework integrated system. study explores the coded matrix system, which plays an important role in prediction electrical discharge machining (WEDM) faults on spot by guidance. In this study, 15 inputs were considered to observe eight probable causes with help forward backward propagation algorithms. Inputs output matrices form square matrix. To explain realize importance through advice, detection is investigated back transformation spot. It backup that can be individually focused when input parameter do not match. time saving, knowledge acquisition, easy maintain, capable self-learning verify developed framework, 120 data sets generated proper analyzing acquired graphical representation. also some features schedule breakage remedial actions tabular form. operators, trainees, manufacturing engineers achieving trouble free quick machines actual practice.
