Steam volatile acids of Latakia tobacco leaf

摘要: Abstract An acidic extract of Latakia tobacco was steam distilled, esterified and subjected to gas-liquid chromatography on surface-coated open-tubular columns. Twenty-two carboxylic acids have been identified by comparison the retention times with those authentic compounds.
