摘要: In this work, for the first time, headspace (HS) single-drop microextraction and simultaneous derivatization followed by GC-MS was developed to determine aliphatic amines in tobacco samples. HS extraction procedure, mixture of reagent organic solvent employed as situ amine Fast analytes were performed a single step, obtained derivatives microdrop analyzed GC-MS. The optimized experiment conditions were: sample preparation temperature 80°C time 30 min, (the benzyl alcohol 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzaldehyde) volume 2.0 μL, 90 s. With optimal conditions, method validations also studied. has good linearity (R2 more than 0.99), accepted precision (RSD less 13%), recovery (98–104%) low limit detection (0.11–0.97 μg/g). Finally, proposed technique successfully applied analyses samples seven different brands. It further demonstrated that offered simple, low-cost reliable approach
