摘要: Dibenzo-18-crown-6 as a novel coating for solid phase microextraction (SPME) fibers has been prepared by sol–gel technology. The performance of the is stable at high temperature (350 °C) and long lifetime (it can be used more than 150 times). extraction properties new derivatized aliphatic amines such methylamine, dimethylamine, ethylamine, propylamine, butylamine, pentylamine, hexylamine were investigated. Compared with commercial 100 μm PDMS 85 PA dibenzo-18-crown-6 sensitive selective amines. A derivatizing reagent, tetrafluorobenzoic acid N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (TFBza-suc) was synthesized derivatization In pH 8.3 H3BO3–Na2B4O7 buffer 40 °C in water bath reaction complete within 15 min excess reagent need not removed, which greatly simplifies sample preparation. selectivity sensitivity this method determination lake urine significantly improved coupling SPME during sampling. calibration plot highly linear throughout concentration range 0.1 to 1000 μg L−1. Method detection limits below 0.05 L−1 GC–FID. reproducibility less 6% RSD. Lake samples analyzed.
