摘要: A simple and sensitive liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of low molecular weight aliphatic amines after their pre-column derivatization with naphthalene-2,3-dicarboxaldehyde (NDA). Derivatization conditions, including NDA concentration, reaction pH time have investigated optimization. The separation five was performed on ABZ PLUS column using mobile phase methanol-water (80:20, v/v) at a flow rate 0.2 mL min(-1). detection carried out 6 mm glassy carbon electrode applied potential 0.7 V versus Ag/AgCl reference electrode. limits were between 23.3 34.4 nmol L(-1) sample injection volume 2 microL. present in lake water. recovery ranged 52.2-127.9%. RSD analytes retention less than 0.3% 2.4% intra- inter-day analyses, respectively. peak area below 5.8% both intra-day analyses. total analysis completed within 20 min.
