摘要: Pipes in distribution systems often become tuberculated because of internal corrosion, sliming, and scaling. This condition frequently leads to an increase the roughness pipe wall a reduction diameter. Such changes lead reduced hydraulic capacity pipes within systems. Most model calibration is undertaken by adjusting coefficients alone; diameter neglected. may have significant effect on prediction correct flow velocity. The calibrated models correctly predict pressure balance at each node system; however, representation paths velocity not be well predicted. As consequence, travel time inaccurate. Water age function time, water known quality way which article describes relationship between effective based series fieldwork measurements modeling study. On basis system studied, it shown that accurately measured response, flow, velocity, height 1 mm (0.04 in.) equivalent 2-mm (0.08 Therefore, change caused turberculation important parameter, such changes, together with roughness, should taken into account any mathematical model, particularly those consideration given quality.
