摘要: Studies performed on lipid extraction from animal and fish tissues do not provide information its influence fatty acid composition of the extracted lipids as well cholesterol content. Data presented in this paper indicate impact procedures profile by modified Soxhlet ASE (accelerated solvent extraction) procedure. Cholesterol was also determined direct saponification method, too. Student's paired t-test used for comparison total fat content carp population obtained two methods shows that differences between values method are statistically significant. Values three different (direct saponification, method), determination carp, were compared one-way analysis variance (ANOVA). The results show gives which differ significantly method. However each other. highest quantities (37.65 to 65.44 mg/100 g) analyzed muscle applying less destructive one, followed (34.16 52.60 (10.73 30.83 g). Modified higher n-6 acids than (t(paired)=3.22 t(c)=2.36), while there is no significant difference n-3 levels (t(paired)=1.31). UNSFA/SFA ratio using (t(paired)=4.88 t(c)=2.36). Results Principal Component Analysis (PCA) showed positive second principal component (PC2) recorded C18:3 n-3, C20:3 n-6, being present a amount samples treated extraction, C22:5 C22:1 C20:4, C16 C18 negatively score PC2, showing increased level Hotelling's T-square test first components confirmation individual these data sets (T(2)=161.308, p<0.001).
