摘要: We describe a closed-loop control system ensuring full penetration in welding by controlling the focus position and power of 4-kW Nd:YAG laser. A monitoring was developed based on chromatic aberration focusing optics. With laser we can determine degree analyzing keyhole image intensity profile. demonstrate performance bead-on-plate Inconel 718 titanium.
