摘要: To enable visitors to enjoy nature while protecting endangered species is the key challenge for national parks around world. In our optimal dynamic control model, a park management maximizes tourism revenues and conservation benefits net of costs by choosing levels visitor management. The optimization constrained an extended food chain model representing species-habitat-visitor interactions. We illustrate game bird in Alpine that ecotourism can indeed lead ecosystem degradation when more concerned about increasing than achieving target if unknown most visitors. If, however, well aware potentially negative consequences hence cares conservation, limited provide funding which ensures population above uncontrolled steady state.
