摘要: When a line transect overlaps the boundary of sampled region, it can be reflected back on top itself into thereby making possible to include elements near edge twice from same transect. A practical advantage doing so is reduction field time and effort compared customary procedure folding another part region. An estimator presented which accounts for this in way that preserves design-unbiased estimation.
