摘要: The scrum software development process has recently gained much popularity as an agile method primarily focusing on project management. Scrum been derived a set of principles good management projects, from experienced practitioners. In this paper, we discuss the elements in relation to proposed theory “big five” components for effectiveness small teams. We also these components, and case study start-up team.
