摘要: Team organizing is a major way of assisting collaboration in knowledge intensive work such as software development, and especially favored agile approaches. Motivated by the challenge transforming an organization from traditional command-and-control management to collaborative self-managed teams, we present instrument that argue addresses key concerns characteristics teamwork, presents them along five dimensions must be addressed when improving teamwork development. The are shared leadership, team orientation, redundancy, learning autonomy. gives radar plot status teamwork. We empirical examples using this with three teams briefly outline potential uses instrument.
